Replace 48 YO gravity boiler?

in THE MAIN WALL
My house has a Bryant, hydronic, gas, gravity boiler which works fine. My guess is that I would save money by replacing it especially given the tax credit. Any sense of how efficient it might be? Model 2305 WG. 120K out, 150K in. I'm trying to determine pay-back time and Bryant has no info on it as it is too old. Thanks!

    Well,, there are many factors to be considered here.

    I would imagine after all those years things have changed as to the envelope of the house,, windows, added insulation , etc? Be sure you start with a HL to determine the size you need as of now.

    Here`s a link that may help decipher your present boilers efficiency at the time of manufacture.

    A new MC will get you well into the 90%+ range.

    Also, a properly piped circulator(or more depending on the situation), will also add greatly to your comfort level.
