Long story short. I need 24 21' lengths of black pipe for a gas job I am doing. I ordered it from one place and then got a cheaper price from another supplier and forgot to cancel the first order. Neither one of them can send it back. Neither one of them stocks 21 footers and they special ordered it for me. I don't want to make either one of them eat it so I am taking it from both of them. If anyone in the Boston area is interested email me or call me. I got a good price on it and I can sell it for what I paid. My phone number is 781-718-2273. Thanks.

It's a new world
It's a new world when a supply house doesn't stock 21'..... They also used to build houses AROUND the cast iron,, now it's "the drain pipe is in the way of our lighting!"0 -
Doesn't even have to be in the Boston area. I will deliver it within a 6 hour drive.

Would
2# gas have been an option. We often opt for the 2# gas as it keeps sizing down and the gas company upsizes the meter at their exspense.
I just put in an 1 1/4 LP gas line in greenhouse but that was here in Wisconsin. Might want to check with flat concrete contractors as some still use pipe for screeds.
Good luck0 -
No. It's only 1 1/4" and I already bought the pipe so that wouldn't help me anyway.

Craigslist?
I've gotten rid of excess stuff quickly there... (I only go there for the "building materials" section) :-)0 -
I posted an ad on craigslist under material. Is there a seperate section for just building materials? I didn't see it

Where did you have to special order 21' of 1 1/4. I thought all supply houses carried 21' or 10'

21 footers
I can get them from my suppliers here in Mass too. Don't see where the problem was. Use another supplier I'm thinking. peace0 -
Webb stocks them and they were also $.52 more a foot. met pipe stocks them but I don't do enough bussiness with them to get a good price. 8rWrtol3

Have you ever used Robinson supply or South Shore to name a couple more? Also check Jomar, Snow & Jones, etc. There are alot of them out there. peace0 -
Thanks. I am not looking for a place to buy pipe. I already have double what I need. None of those suppliers have stores near me.
