and a good wire brush. The ones we service are all in several different towns with different water districts. They all have different amounts of cleaning involved...some are extensive, some easy. Of course, the ones where the Ho's tried to "get a few years" out of NOT doing the annual service are the worst. Mad Dog

    How many guys and gals use mineral oil on the GB142 heat exchanger to clean it? I havent found a need to use anything on them yet.
