Upstate NY last week visiting family and a cousin is considering wind power for his house. He is located near the St Lawrence river and the winds howls like crazy in the Winter. Has there been any discussions on residential wind power on this site? Are there recommended brands? BTW when I left I was traveling East of Malone NY and saw a commercial wind farm with 12 enormous wind turbines. It made me smile to see someone being smart about their energy. WW
