Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has been ordered to jail for violation of bond -- travel to Canada. The soap opera continues in the Motor City, keeping it the laughing stock of the U.S. right now.

I lived in Windsor for a lot of years, and used to go there a lot for concerts, meals, shows etc...can't believe that place now..some good, but man..it is going to h-e double hockey sticks in a hurry...
