    gas boiler \"residue\"

    there is a persistent water drip form the outer wall vent of my gas boiler. This is leaving a "gunge" deposit at the base of the wall. If nothing else, it is unsightly, but i suspect it may be more important than that. the heating system is working fine.

    any advice would be appreciated.
