Advice please experts. Existing two Noritz 199,000 btu. Just added radiant in basement, approx. 25,000 btu. needed. New heat source or heat exchanger?

Unless I'm missing something, you have enough heat source. HXC would seem appropriate to me. How about Alpha Laval?
