    ? on peerless chamber rebuild kit

    I went to look at a Peerless boiler and determined that it needed a Lynn chamber rebuild kit. Looked like the Peerless boilers that I have done before which need a rebuild and did not think much about it, took down model number and left. I gave the supply house the model # TW-3. They do not have a cross reference for that boiler to a Lynn Chamber kit.
    They gave me the PO kit and said it should work. I would like to confirm this before I drive 2 hours to the job. I cannot find any online cross-reference. Is anyone familiar with this model TW-3 and the chamber kit it requires. Thanks

    The TW

    is actually a later model JO/JOT series. The chamber for that should work OK.

    If that boiler has any burner with lower static pressure capability than a Beckett AFG, Carlin EZ or Riello, I'd upgrade the burner as well. Lesser burners can cause these boilers to plug up with soot.
