Condensate Neutralization

There was a great thread about neutralizing the condensate from condensing boilers here a few months back. It even had pictures of some homemade devices. Unfortunately, I did not bookmark it and the search feature keeps sending me web results, not heatinghelp.com threads. I was hoping someone would share the information again.
