be an issue. Thw W-Mc gold are very good too.
With apartments I usually try to get the land ld. to do electric water heaters for each unit...that way they pay for what they use....they don't pay for the hot water, they take long showers and waste. it. kpc

Indirect DHW and WM SGO-7 Steam boiler
My DHW is provided by a tankless coil on my WM Gold SGO-7 boiler. I have a 3 unit house with 3 bathrooms and hot water in the morning can be a problem. I'm thinking of putting in an indirect but I'm a little worried about the boiler mass issue I have heard about. I hear they work best with mod/cons. What would be the drawbacks if any to this upgrade. Thanks.
