That's a nice set up because the return water from the first set of tees wont cool down the second set of tees.

My company is Installing a replacement boiler. It has two existing zones. Zone #1 in concrete floor radiant. Zone #2 Aluminum finned baseboard. We wish to close the radiant loop and control its temp. The question is piping and circulator locations for the two seperate zones using a primary/ secondary type set-up. Is their anyone who can help me by supplying a piping diagram?0 -

On the diagram you sent to me how crucial is circulator placement on the primary side, still pump away from the air seperation and expansion tank. And does the DHW need a circ? Why the balance valve???????0
