Except...it's a bit bigger than a p-trol, so make sure you have enough clearance to rotate it without hittng the gauge or boiler jacket. You might need a couple of fittings to space it out.

Any tricks to swapping out a Honeywell pressuretrol for a vaporstat?
Does it mount the same way (pigtail, 2-wire configuration, etc.).

It's the same wiring and of course use a pigtail and maybe one or two elbows so that you can level it there's a indicator marker on the inside of the vaporstat to ensure that it is level unless it is a non mercury unit with bellows then i believe being level makes no difference also make sure your pig tail is clean good luck clammy0 -
terminals...
With newer mercury free L408J1009 use R (common) & B terminals (break-on-rise), not but not W (make-on-rise) terminal. Mounts same as old P-trol.0
