Boiler harmonics

I have a customer that has two boilers connected to a primary loop in a parallel primary secondary piping connection. This system is supposedly a 40% mixture of propylene glycol and water. The system runs fine until the loop temperature reaches around 150*F, then the boilers start to hum and get worse as the temperature increases. Any ideas?
