The call for help
from the guy with the boiler problem calls to mind the arguments on this site regarding pros and homeowners and DIYers. You pros might have saved a CO tragedy today with the advice you gave this guy. He needed a site to go to in an emergency and he found one, thanks to Dan. I hope this puts to rest (for now) the pros vs HO dispute. You guys are good.
