manifold location preferance

Is there a prefered location to have the (Pro's and Cons)radiant supply and return manifold higher or lower than a wall mounted boiler?????

    I cannot see

    much more preference other than logistics. Upfeeding top outlet headers high and downfeeding headers down low. Nothing more than preference for what fits and is easiest to service. Closed system so venting and purging takes care of any air issues. Naturally you will have a low water cut-off or similar device regardless, but especially with piping below the boiler.
