Thanks! I knew they were out there. Invensys-Robertshaw offers the 9700i, and White-Rodgers has the IF97-1271. Both will fit the bill.

For Apartment Control
Is there a "simple" digital thermostat available which can lock out set point with an installer/building owner PIN security access feature. I know the Vision Pro's have "installer access" codes to do this, but not changeable. Someone told me there is such a thermostat that allows a PIN to be entered to lock out temp adjustment.
Has anyone heard of this?

I know there are a few, But...
"Invensys" , Which I have in my house is really nice. I can lock out my wife of all people...:-) Also has fan timed intervals if needed to circulate air when desired. All programmable. Has optional outside air temp acc. and is remote sensor capable. I like it.
