    Warm and toasty

    Thanks everyone for your helpful suggestions this fall with my new boiler (for a one pipe steam system). My plumbing contractor thanks you and my family is warm and toasty! Based on oil deliveries so far, the K-factor has gone from 7 to 10. Obviously this means money saved and lower polution so I'm happy.

    For your amusement I have attached an image of this morning's weather conditions at the summit of Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. I wonder how they heat the weather station with heatloss calcs that must be crazy?
