Can't tell from here but it sounds like the motor may be on it's last legs.
If so, you could try to add a few drops of 3-in-1 oil or marvel mystery oil to the motors oil ports to loosen it up a bit.

BLOWER FAN STOPS WORKING
I have a Snyder General corp furnace, the blower stopped working during the daytime, but was working at night when I got home. Yesterday, at 2:00pm it stopped (the burner works ok) and I went out at 9:00pm. I got home at 11:30pm and the blower was working ok throughout the night. If anyone has an ideas why this is happening, Please let me know. Thanks, Tom0
