steam system no heat on 2nd floor.

in THE MAIN WALL
1. oil or gas fired. 2.water level. 3.Any space/other heaters near thermostat? 4.Was it working before? These are just a few questions I would like to know first.

    I have a two family house. We have a steam system. Heat is not reaching the second floor. What many be the problem. Please help. Thank You.
