    5 Million dollars renovation and the GC installs it his way and then call in a air balancing company and the story goes on and on. This job contain 25 tons of ac and hydro air along with miles of radiant floor warming, which radiants downward, customer knows a better way to insulate (none)

    Warm floor

    Walk, away, don't run, cash your check though...warm floors are nice...no one said heat though... think of it this way...the customer, like the WPA in the 1920-1930s gave someone something to do.
