Hey Weezbo,
Would you print this picture out and let me know if I drew this according to your e-mail?
Do you really think that recirculation line will temper my two large storage tanks enough? I guess I also put the hot-water aquastat on the indirect and not the storage tanks also!
Thanks again,
Jamie

Wow
almost
you draw way better than i could
the only thing though is that i would put the check from the house mixed water on the flat and the circ on the other side of it.. then i think i like it
the thing to remember is that when you have a small boiler it can only make water up just so fast. circulating water in and out of the tanks at 90 to nothing wont do a blessed thing to make hot water any quicker.. oh , it Could buh then you would have to set some bad boy pumps that actually conduct Hp. to the water due to the increased velocity:) or dead head a pump and see if you can make steam
Then here is the other thing, the indirect can only make X gallons an hour like that...having a super huge storage tank like 2000 gallons or whatever a pinner boiler would take a long time to heat with a pinner heat exchanger.
If you want Higher temp waters , you need the take off for them ahead of the storage tanks off the hot of the indirect i pretty much goofed that aspect up in the description.0
