happy friday!!

hi guys,
i was wondering if i could get some quick schooling? a property owner i work for sent me to a tennant who said they weren't getting enough heat. i get there & find myself battling a boiler ( i am a complete dope when it comes to boilers) any way can you give me a few avenues to go down. i was thinking perhaps radiators need to be bled, or check the pressure guage ( if pressure is not where it should be is that a pump problem) please help!!!!

Dan: looking for type of system HW or steam, is it zoned? if so, with pumps or zone valves? current pressure on system? T-stat anticipation,...everything you can think of.
