How do you find a thread older than three days?

my friends here reminded me just the other day...that when you post there is a itty bitty box at the lower left...that says notify me by e-mail....i had turned it off a while back and so used to seeing it pushed it into some corner of my mind where the deep abyss lives and maybe if you would like some thread for future ref ...checking that box is agood idea *~/:)
