Depends on the \"rib\"
which is known as a "section". There are many different types- can you post some pictures here?
Also depends on whether this is a steam or hot-water system.

Radiator is water radiant radiator (24" high and 6" deep)0 -
EDR
You could calculate 5 sq ft per section (conservatively)multiply that by 180 for water and for steam use 240 x 5 x # of sections, some swag involved in this equation0 -
Don't you need to know the temp at which the water will be circulating before you try to determine the potential output of a radiating body? For steam you always assume it is 212 or a little over but water is widely variable as to the temp used when it circulates.0 -

The sq.footage(capacity of the rads output) should be known, then Yuri can calculate the water temperature it needs to satisfy the room(its going in) H/L requirement. There are tables for this too. He may be able to use a smaller, or larger rad, at this water temperature to meet the demand, and maintain continuity of the circuit, but the EDR must be known first.
Hopefully he did his homework, to match-it with any other rads(if any) on this circuit! :-)
