I am trying to find a good replacement for an old wall hung boiler. I need less than 70 mbh and need to chimney vent, cat I or cat III. Any suggestions.

AHE.
Why not use a mod-con? HTP Munchkin wall hung is a killer app.
The euros will drive you nuts with venting do's and don'ts limitations, but may have a winner mod-con as well?0 -
Thanks for the response. I realize that there are lots of good choices with mod-con boilers. This application is in an condo building and must be chimney vented. I shouldn't have stated the cat III option. I need a cat I chimney vent product.0 -
Am looking at an
apartment boiler change right now. Am hoping that the old vent goes straight up, then I may have a built in chase for a mod/con!
