It depends--on a variety of factors.
1) heat loss for the space to be heated
2) operating temp of boiler system
3) Btu output of baseboard per manufacturer
4) How much you can afford :-)

    1) How much cast iron baseboard do i need in a 15x13x7 room below grade



    2) Max amount of cast iron baseboard per zone 3/4 "
