Baxi Luna - thermostat user instructions

Hello,
We have 3 Baxi Luna 310 Fi DHW/heat wall hung units at rental properties.
the problem is that we do not have operating instructions for the thermostat/controller, and it is not 'user friendly'. We are trying to change the settings so it reads in fahrenheit and not celsius.
I've searched online for an hour... any help is much appreciated.
