Good to see you guys too. An unexpected pleasure. I coulda humped those cast iron rads but I didnt want to show off to your guys.

BTW, It's hardly my neighborhood. Lotsa boilers and hydronics there in Chevy Chase NW. Enough for everybody. I've already seeded the neighborhood with some mod con boiler installs. I figure word of mouth coupled with rising nat gas prices will generate more work fer sure. WW
