New System performance

Options
I took the following readings on a new install, 2 ton 410A system. How is it performing? Any problems you see based on these readings?

Indoor wet bulb 62

Indoor Dry bulb 72

Supply air (right off the air handler) 47

Return air (right at the air handler) 67

Suction line pressure 128PSIG

Liquid line pressure 257PSIG

Suction Line temp (at the condensor) 50

Liquid Line Temp (at the condensor) 75

Outdoor air temp 76

System has a TXV valve and the MFG calls for 11 degrees of subcooling + - 2 degrees.

    Looks Great!

    From your calculations, you have a 20-degree delta-t across the evaporator coil, a 23-degree delta-t OF the evaporator coil, 11 degrees of subcooling and a superheat of 6 degrees.

    Just as a calculation error, the liquid line temperature cannot be lower than the outside ambient but, since they only differ by 1-degree, I can safely say that descrepancy is due to measurement error.

    I will have to check the probes on my thermometer, I am sure I took the readings carefully.
    The air handler has the TXV bulb inside the cabinet, and I was surprised to see it was not insulated. I called the rep about it and they told me thats the way it should be. Hard to argue with results like the ones I posted. The unit is rated at 15 seer. Can't wait until I learn enough about Pressure enthalpy to chart it.

    It was a very smart man and a great teacher who is still "learning me the AC trade"
