I'm curious as to how the high water temps required by Ultra Fin effect Romex wire that is up inside the same insulated bay as the radiant tube.

I believe ambient
ratings for the wiring start at 104 F (40C) and degrade in ampacity rating below that. Seems like an excellent question.
Romex I am sure has the information you seek, if not IEEE and possibly NEMA, just a hunch.0 -
