    I Need a boiler

    I am having trouble locating a natural gas fired, atmospherically vented, gas boiler that has an output of 108000 btus but must be at least 85% efficient....The closest I have got is Buderus G124/32 which is 84.5%... This is for a New York Program so I cannot go for the expensive condensing units, I need a tradional boiler.....any ideas?

    How about the Vitogas 100?

    edit: If there is a possibility of power-venting, the Crown CWD is a really nice option. I like the sealed combustion feature for safety.
