Dan robbed again?

I was trying to present the idea of "Cold 70" to a guy and found this published 2005 that seems eerily similar to Dan's writing. Apparently this was first published 2004 which we all know is greatly predated by Dan's work. I was also under the impression Dan had coined the term "Cold 70".

Just thought I'd toss this out there for comment.

    I think I have something put out by Weil-McLain in the early 80's that describes (and I believe uses the term) "Cold 70". Some sort of newsletter type of thing. I will try to find it in the next couple of days.

    Regardless of who coined the term, Dan writes with a style that is easily understood and has reached many more people than one manufacturer or even the writer of the book mentioned. Dan keep up the great work!
