Noisy Peerless PSCII-03

in THE MAIN WALL
Recently replaced our 35+ year old atmospheric CI boiler and old direct fired water heater with a Peerless PSCII-03 and indirect. It was installed by an established and reputable heating plumbing comapny the install was permitted and inspected by the city etc.

The system drives fin tube base boards on two floors.

We have 2 problems:
They occur when the system is firing and the power vent is on. No problem when just circulating.

1) a vibration we can feel in the floor.
2) Noise from the power vent can be heard on the first floor.


Any thoughts on how to eliminate these , particularly the vibration.
