Intersting obersevation
from my Honeywell VisonPro 8000. I noticed that the temperature jumps around a lot and can go from 68 to 70 and back to 68 without passing 69. The system also turns on and off whith out changing temperature. Is this something in the settings or the alogorithem it uses to try and calculate when to turn on and off the thermostat based on historical values?
I currently have the anticipater (or cycles per hour set to 1), but the system still seems to run more then once per hour if the temp drops below the set value?? Are there better settings to have for steam heat? It seems strightforward, but i might be missing something.0
