How do I fix my posting from being all together. Even if in Import in a word format, It get's all the text together with no space like when i Original wrote it.

    That is a function of the message board to save space... All "empty returns" are deleted...

    Do you mean separating paragraphs?

    If so, return TWICE and you'll get a blank line between paragraphs.
