Roth Oil Tanks

Has anyone heard if the Roth tank is ok to Install above ground in suffolk and nassau counties....recently recieved a letter from OHI saying this tank is not a candidate for above ground oil storage....Honestly its probably the only tank I would like to see installed above ground with Rain hood and anchor kit!!! Any Info appreciated , thanks guys

yes ive read that page thats what had me scratching my head. It seems that suffolk and nassau counties have not yet accepted the roth tank for installation above ground! This is what OHI has told us. Thats why i was asking0 -
First I've heard
of that , Rick . We install them outside in Nassau and Suffolk . Robert pointed you in the right direction with page 10 . I had the suction assembly solidfy with ice at my own house . I hard piped it and everything is fine .0
