Controls for Modulating Burner - Powerflame X4M-400

I am considering a modulating burner for a Smith 19A with a net EDR of 830 square feet.
I was originally thinking of two Smith boilers, but a modulating burner would be less complicated.
How is the burner modulation controlled? Do we use a Vaporstat on the steam main to lower the firing rate when pressure reaches at 1 ounce? How is this traditionally controlled?

Looks like a
standard 135 Ohm (3 wire)Firing Rate Motor to drive fuel & air. The standard steam proportional controller is a MH L91B1035 Pressuretrol. Operating range is 0-15#.

Thanks. It looks like there is a 1-oz to 16-oz version as well.
When using this with a steam system, I presume to goal is to set the firing rate to a slow boil when the system builds an ounce of pressure to try to avoid getting above 1-psi if it can be done; with the regular high pressure limit.Steve from Denver, CO0 -
Not aware of
any proportional controllers w/ lower pressures. MH proportional controller numbers all begin w/ a 9 (Series 90 135 ohm potentiometer).
You should heat the furthest radiator before lowering input.0
