Just aquired a used 2004 c3500 chassis cab. Need help with a couple of items. 1) can you switch from one tank to another or is it automatic? 2) is there a built in trailer brake controller or do you still have to add one on for tailer brakes? and finally 3) is there a proceedure for switching from 2wheel high to 4 wheel low and back again? As always any help is appreciated. Chevy dealer is a few miles away.

I'm pretty sure the built in brake controller for trailer brakes was not available until 08- If you don't see a control with some sort of adjustment setting- then you probably don't have one. On my Chevy- the fuel moves automatically from the rear tank to thr forward tank- there's nothing for you to do. I was told to always fill the front tank firsy, but not sure why.
