Boiler replacement
I'm considering replacing my old American Standard 25-7. It's only a few years older than me as it was installed it 1947. It burns oil and more of it than i want to spend, but it never stops going except for the relay on the burner. I've run it for 25 years. Should I replace it? Replace the burner? It has been suggested that I consider W-M, Smith or Burnham. I'd like to stay with oil with the option of switching to gas in the future. Any opinions?0 -
one pipe steam, domestic hot water for 8 families and a hot water heating zone for an apartment on the same level as the boiler0
