If I'm Seeing Your Picture Correctly..You Have A Dry Return That Seems Short Of Height Above Water Line In Boiler ( Dimension "A")I Would Drop Return To Floor And Bring It Up At Hartford Loop With An Elbow And Close Nipple. If You Have Dan's Art of Steam Heating Book...Look For Dimension "A" Information And Near Boiler Piping Techniques.
