    Looks like they're made by MacDuffco Manufacturing Inc.

    As for ratings/specs? Unless they're changed, the ratings at the website are odd. Testing method appears to be non-standard and non-specified.

    They [appear] to be a rather temperature-hungry emitter.

    Hot Rod has used them and posted some very interesting infrared thermographs here at Heating Help a couple of months ago. You might want to search for the post. He seems to be pleased with the performance in the application he chose.
