Jim, I'm not a Burnham employee. I just appreciated your post. It makes a refreshing change from certain others.

I'm nothing more than an owner of a residential steam boiler (not Burnham). I happily would have a Megasteam or two in my basement, particularly if they were LPG-fired. (No, I don't mean to re-start that discussion, either!)

    On Saturday we received a no heat call! Upon arrival we found a gas valve that was passing when the valve was off. The system belonged to a very sick lady .She is terminal with cancer. The valve was ordered first thing Monday and we expected delivery early Tuesday morning . Well today we found that the valve was not sent and this lady had to look forward to another night of no heat. I called customer service and went over our problem . An hour later I was told that someone from Burnham was on the way from the factory with the valve. They hand delivered the valve to our supplier with in 4 hours. Our lady is warm and they helped make her last days a little nicer .
