If the oil tank is within I think its 10 feet you need a fire wall but i would check with local code authority

I'm planning to move my 141K BTU Weil McClain boiler in my house. For space, it'd be ideal to put it right next to the fuel oil tank.
I don't have ready acces to an IRC/NFPA code book. I'm wondering how close to the boiler is allowed? Any requirement for a rated firewall if they are right next to each other?
Any thoughts appreciated!

Thanks folks. I thought it was something like 5-10 feet, but thought someone might know for certain.

The tank has to be five feet from a source of ignition.
