    We have installed three of the non condensing units 310fi and three of the condensing units HT310? Have had no real problems with any of them, so far everyone if very happy. Our plumbers don't like the 1/2" connections on the domestic hot water, but so far we have not had any problems with inspectors or operation. The earlier versions of the HT sent along the fancy controller that can do everything including your kids calculus....oh except read the temperature in Fahrenheit! Last two had that fixed. So far so good.
