How are your other two zones wired. If with zone valves why not add another zone valve. If with pumps, wire this one the same way. When thermostat calls for heat, system pump and zone pump should come on together.

I am adding one radiant zone to an existing boiler with 2 baseboard zones. The boilder has a single circulator which is triggered from the thermostat. I want to add a second pump to the manifold for the radiant zone, but am not sure how to wire it so the new circulator only runs when the radiant zone is calling for heat.0 -
2 zones
I use the Taco SR502 to enable independent control of the 2 (or more) zones. It's inexpensive and easy to install http://www.taco-hvac.com/uploads/FileLibrary/SR502(102-082).pdf
