i run a small plumbing and heating buisness in brooklyn NY. i just purchased a home in long island NY. i plan on installing radiant heating throughout the whole home. my fist question is if anyone knows a reputable dealer in the area that can set me up with all the supplies i need from A to Z. my second question is i plan on redoing almost all the existing plumbing work in the home and putting a bunch of bathrooms where there were none before, am i allowed to use pex for the water lines and what are the advantages/disadvantages in doing so
i would greatly appreciate anyones assistance on this project and time is really of the essence so please respond asap

PEX
I have heard that PEX is about 20% cheaper than copper and takes about half the time to install. It is the New way of doing things. As far as In-floor heat I am not that experienced to ans. that Q: sorry.0
