i Have a Burnham IN6 gas boiler. I was wondering what the correct setting for a Honeywell aguastat is for this boiler. I have it set for 180 deg. Then i saw this other dial which has numbers from 5-30. Its set at 5 now. Does anybody know if this setting is right thanks

differential setting
That wheel is to adjust the "turn on point" below the high limit setting. Aquastat set at 180 with a 5 on the wheel means the boiler will turn on after a 5 degree drop in temp. This close can lead to short cycle. If the boiler is supplying hot water via a coil, set it at 10. If the boiler only provides heat, I would start with a setting of 20. All depends on where you live and how closely the boiler is sized to the heat demand at design temps.0
