Munchkin boiler fault code

in THE MAIN WALL
Blocked condensate, build up in heat exchanger, bad ground surface on burner mounting plate to heat exchanger plate,(needs cleaning metal surfaces with sand paper). Dirty flame rod. All the above need to be done annualy and new burner gasket probably along with possible new rear target wall if condensate built up inside which it does if neglected. Good luck, not a homeowner job really.

    I have a f-09 fault code I've checked igniter and spark gap all looks good. Also plenty o gas pressure and flue not blocked. Flame does come on for about five seconds but then goes right out. Could it be the board not recieving a signal that the flame is proving. Any insight dont know much about them. thanx
