Gremlin in Munchkin wall boiler

My munchkin boiler won't light. I checked that it had spark- it has! I opened and it smells of gas. I checked the stack and it is not plugged. I blew out the drain by capping vents and turning fan on full. The LP gas tank is 80 % full. The munchkin still won't light. It ran yesterday great after cleaning. Each time of the year when the seasons change this happens for a few weeks. I have domestic hot water and radiant floor heat. The dom water worked all summer with no problems but as cold weather hits it goes through this mystery every year for 3 seasons now since installation.

Dry refractory?
Should i just keep fan on for a long period of time to dry out to dry the refactory? If the gasket to the spark igniter is not connected well should I make a new one with rubber for tempary fix?0
