I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced any customers comlaining of taste or odor issues due to the use of pex tubing. I haven't had any complaints myself yet, but I mostly still use copper for potable.

flush any new system...
regardless of your choice of pipe /tubing..... i think pex seems to have some plastic swimming pool type taste to impart to the water.i run the potable through the hose bins and flush the toilets about 5 times before applying the silicon finish to the toilets at the floor. fill all the bath tubs and sinks and check for leaks in the sinks and lavies...take a shower just for GP's
i have occasionally caught a moen valve cartridge turned up side down
